High Street Revival is a thoughtful reawakening of a classic Breckenridge home, blending historic charm with modern functionality. Set within the town’s storied district, this project preserves the soul of the original structure while transforming its interior into a refined, high-performance living space. Without expanding the home’s footprint dramatically, every detail—seen and unseen—was reimagined with purpose.
The full remodel includes all-new systems, finishes, and custom craftsmanship, wrapped in an exterior that still feels right at home among its century-old neighbors. Rebuilt decks, snowmelt infrastructure, and modern mechanicals enhance livability without sacrificing character. Inside, bespoke cabinetry, curated lighting, and efficient layouts breathe new life into the structure, making it as practical as it is beautiful.
