Steampunk
Dillon, Colorado
Steampunk is a bold reimagination of mountain interior architecture—fusing industrial strength with sculptural elegance. This great room remodel elevates the heart of the home into a dramatic volume of steel, stone, and timber. Floating staircases, exposed structural elements, and layered lighting create an atmosphere that feels both grounded and forward-thinking.
The design revolves around intentional contrasts: raw steel meets soft upholstery, soaring ceilings are balanced by warm textures, and vintage industrial detailing is framed within modern lines. Anchored by a double-height stone fireplace and wrapped in clerestory light, this space invites both awe and ease.
