L’ ALpe

Breckenridge, CO

L’Alpe is a refined custom home that draws its soul from the European Alps while grounded in Summit County’s rugged terrain. The structure is a study in balance: clean mountain lines, heavy timber details, and structural muscle beneath graceful finishes. The home is designed to handle Breckenridge’s harshest elements while celebrating its most breathtaking vistas.

From foundation to fascia, every component is deliberate. The home is framed with engineered glu-lams, wrapped in stone and charred wood, and detailed with architectural steel. Interior volumes are opened by dramatic spans and vertical glazing, all anchored in a thoughtfully tiered floor plan that flows from intimate to expansive. L’Alpe du Potter is both a home and a high-alpine design statement.
